I really like Vassell. And Bassey too. They have a fire inside of them that actually translates to the court instead of just screaming after a wide open dunk (after giving up too many open shots of their own).
Wemby on the bench to close the quarter and half. Very nice...

Watching them figure out how to play out of a bad start is going to be fun. Not sure what fans think happens with a young team.
The are these soft ass fouls
That was an extremely forgettable 1st half.
They had 43 points in one quarter vs Dallas...
Going to be a long year but I like our young talent longer term.
I'm just now tuning in. 15 turnovers in the first half, sheesh. Has it been mostly sloppy play by the Spurs?
I’m not sure Wemby plays again tonight
vikTOr needs to limit turnovers !!
The worst I’ve felt at halftime in a looong time.
How many turnovers on the Spurs?
i don't remember paul george averaging 5 steals per half all that often...
Bassey does nothing but dunk put backs and wide open passes![]()
Tbh, I'm not sure Keldon is a better player than Cedi.
Hey let's bubble wrap Victor
Guess you missed last year.
I don't see the excuse where in any dimension Collins should be averaging well over the minutes that Wemby is. Smh, Pop.
You really want to ride with this tank squad long term? I'm not seeing improvement so ultimately the FO will need to make changes.
You must have sat out last year as well.![]()
So, is Wemby on board with 25 minutes a game?
sochan may not be it at pg....but not sure tre jones is either
The thought going through my head right now his how much the non-Wemby players are paper mache. As fans we want to believe our team's guys are just as good as those from other teams, but it's pretty clear the Spurs are going to have to let the majority of the roster go. Cedi is just an average-ish role-player, but he looks like superman on the team because they're all below-average. Contrary to popular belief, guys who are in their third, fourth and fifth years shouldn't be this clueless on a basketball court. It's hard not to feel like the Spurs wasted a lot of development time. Looking at Sochan struggle to learn new things while not even being effective at what he was supposed to already know just reinforces that.
