I’m too young to have seen Wilt, but this has to be like that right? I’m not talking Laker Wilt but San Francisco Wilt

Try to imagine Wemby at 300+ pounds and so ing strong defenders are afraid to try to block a dunk because he'd put them through the hoop with the ball. That was Wilt. I doubt Wemby will develop that body, but remember Wilt was also a great high jumper in track in college and pretty slim.
