"NEVER SURRENDER!"
If you understood what the chief said, you would understand that Ukraine needs weapons to win the war against russia, not just weapons to resist the russian invasion.
...
"NEVER SURRENDER!"
No, I understand that perfectly. I don't think he's going to get whatever he may have in mind because it sounds like a lot.
So the war will likely stay at a stalemate and negotiations will be necessary if so.
......
"NEVER SURRENDER!"
The Ukrainians are in it for the long haul and are determined to make the russians pay as they do not want another russian invasion down the road.
Eventually, a peace will be negotiated but only Ukraine will say when and what terms will be acceptable to it.
The longer it takes, the more russia will suffer militarily, politically, and financially.
I do not see it ending well for russia, however long it takes.
.........
"NEVER SURRENDER!"
Yeah, except the longer this goes the more likely I don't see this ending all that well for anyone.
Joining EU and NATO down the road will certainly help Ukraine; russia can only hope it ends up as China's flunkey
...& holding that 20%. & daddy, sweetheart, any kind of negotiation and this deal is done, Effy. And I in' mean it. Z said "No negotiation. Russia must leave Nazi occupied Ukraine 100%"PERIOD
That's the line, children, and we're all obeying it. & I in' mean itPERIOD

Hundreds of museums, libraries and monuments have also been bombed, burned or s ed. Last February, Russians razed a small folk museum near Kyiv. Nearby buildings were left untouched.
Farther east, a Russian rocket destroyed the Skovoroda museum in the Kharkiv region. Locals carried out the only surviving statue like a wounded patient.
Ukraine has accused Russia of looting more than 30 museums, calling it the biggest art theft since the Nazis in World War II. In Kherson, Russian soldiers cut paintings from frames, dragged out priceless antiques and cleaned out more than 10,000 works of art from the Kherson Museum.
Russians also targeted ancient gold ornaments at the Melitopol Museum of Local History. Museum workers hastily hid the treasures in cardboard boxes in the museum's dank, unfinished basement. Russians headed to the museum and threatened to shoot the locks off the door.

I wouldn't leave Nazi occupied Ukraine with the shirts on their backs.

You forgot this part, which he also said...
It is evident that Russia is attempting to prolong the conflict, Pavel added. Additionally, the Kremlin may await the results of next year’s U.S. presidential elections. Despite this, the West must continue to support Ukraine, the Czech president emphasized.
“The situation is not unequivocally positive. What should be positive for Ukraine is that we are on their side and should support them in achieving their goals. On our part, we have no choice but to continue providing support,” he concluded.

What else did you cherry pick, tbh? Stuff like this?
Pavel reiterated previous statements about ensuring a long-standing commitment to Ukraine, as well as the need to prevent Russia from securing any kind of victory.
"Any success of Russia will mean our failure," he said.

Also not surprising that Putler is waiting for the result of the US presidential election next year... everybody knows soft Trump is weak on Russia...

I didn't forget that part. It wasn't my point.
I agree with his military assessment of the current battlefield situation which is what I quoted. It's his political opinion that we need to continue to support them but the talk about negotiations tells you where this is headed.
By the way, I don't support the US cutting off all support for Ukraine and never have. But we shouldn't be footing the bill for a quixotic attempt to reclaim all territory which will cost a lot more. EU can if they want to. Read my many posts on this and you'd know that.
A lot of talk and very little delivery from Putin. He let's the U.S., take his and then plays softball with Ukraine, by letting them ship their grain out of there. I'm backing Putin to the end, and like Creed vows in IV..."No.matter.what."
