Home loss against a bottom feeder is unacceptable. Coaching staff is doing a piss poor job.

Well this was on a back to back - But to be honest thought we would at least get the win against Grizz.

Again how do you preach accountability to players making the same mistakes every single night when they see a guy who presided over 22 wins last season immediately get made the highest-paid coach in the league?

They know there are zero consequences for poor performances within the organisation no matter how many games they lost last year, lose this year or lose next year.

Nobody will get fired. Nobody will lose minutes. Nobody will get traded.

    Guess that's 'Spurs culture' now.

Also that thing most guys have on our team during the 4th quarters, losing the ball, making stupid passes to nowhere, getting pounded.
    Its becoming a trademark.

The Spurs don’t look like a basketball team, they look like a product of senile dementia.

    Coincidence? You decide.

The Spurs should have spent less time planning their private country club and more time building a decent team.

Realistically, if they lose like 3-5 games, there has to be a real conversation about canning that old or at least forcing him to step away.

You'll hear the same old from the Sniff Crew that we're tanking, this was a b2b, young team, etc. But what you've been seeing with tonight as an absolute exclamation mark is the young guys saying collective: we have no desire to play for this old man and we want him gone.

Let's make this happen and finally get some new blood into this coaching staff/front office.

I was thinking the same thing. This team plays the same way you would expect a Gregg Poppovich cat scan to look.

Putting Sochan as point...pretty much guaranteed a Lottery Pick.

    CIA Pop.
Hopefully only thing that explains not adding some vet experience

Well I thought 30-35 possible wins and now that is not looking achievable. Spurs may make some moves at the trade deadline for a point guard with some experience. I mean, Chris Paul would've been perfect, but there have to be a few guys out there that can just help them when the lows get this low.
We got like 3 guards just setting on your bench doing nothing and you think Pop is going to trade for one

Well not sure why the Spurs panicked when they gave up that 18-0 run to allow the Grizzlies to take control of the game. They were forcing it and it lead to missed shots and turnovers.

But hey, the Spurs have to be one of the worst teams in the NBA and when they are bottom dwellers, they get pretty good luck in the lottery. They can add the best player they can get in this draft and then go hunting for an experienced point guard, if one is available, in free agency.

I can live with blowing leads to le contenders like Minnesota and Sacramento but ing 2-9 Memphis minus Marcus Smart JFC
It’s just the same over and over. Basketball is a game of runs and this happens…but how many double digit leads have we blown already in the span of 13 games? Think we’re at like 5 or 6 already. The frequency of it is just maddening, and then yeah to your point blowing these types of leads to bad teams (not that we’re good by any stretch of the imagination) is just the icing on the cake.

this is really a bad team and Victor is really not ready offensively. So much work for this team. Let's hope for a high pick this year with an elite PG and some good vets over the summer.

Losses like tonight have absolutely no positive impact on this team. The guys look absolutely demoralized.

Sochan has actually been shooting great from 3 and he looks absolutely ing done because he's being forced to play some bull experiment that only s him and the other guys over.

These guys aren't that talented but their careers/development is actively being sabotaged by the worst coaching staff in the league. I'm happy some of them have gotten paid but they could be getting paid on a real team with an actual real developmental staff.

I love Vic and he's going to be awesome some day but he needs to do some soul searching for the next year and decide if this clown show of a franchise is the best place for him. He can give up some money after this rookie deal and go to a real team with real direction without a soul sucking selfish and senile old man that stopped giving a years ago.

My biggest regret is that Pop doesn't take a helicopter to the games tbh

They don't have an experienced point guard. If you think Wesley is going to make a difference, you are kidding yourself. Jones is solid and I'm guessing the way teams are starting to hound Sochan's ball handling, Jones will be back in the starting lineup.

He has no expectations of this team, he built it, he knows it's . He hasn't really been yelling at anyone lately that i've seen.
