Another practice match for Clippers to develop more chemistry with Harden![]()
I can already tell you what's gonna happen...
Spurs come out strong, jump out to an early lead which will evaporate by the 2nd quarter en route to small half time deficit. Spurs will then score 12 points in the 3rd quarter and will be down 20+ by the time the 4th starts to end with another 30 point beatdown
Wemby with 16 points on 20 shots. Sochan with 2 assists in 35 minutes. Pop will stand on the sideline with his hands at his side like a dementia patient
Naw, we lost by 40, then 25, so this will be a 10 point loss, as we improve by 15 points again.
This is the woodshed game. Vic is the young lad and Kawhi is old yeller
Ass-kickings shall continue until morale improves.
How many times we keep seeing these es
I'm going to sit this one out so thanksgiving isn't ruined tbh![]()
this is exactly the response that I expected from the sniffer crewPop will probably say how pleased he is with the improvement postgame
Nah. First game we lost by 40 without Harden. Last game was their second win with Harden and first road win of the season. They'll be more settled in this time around as they build chemistry. 30 point loss easy tbh
Spurs injuries: Devin Vassell – Questionable (left adductor)
Clippers injuries: Brandon Boston Jr. – Out (left quad,) Mason Plumlee – Out (left MCL)
I’m hoping Devin gets back soon. He worked so hard in the off-season and his scoring is highly missed. It’s tough losing every game, and I’m hoping they are taking these as learning experience that it takes a lot of work to win in the NBA. It starts with defense and playing together, moving the ball. Let’s go!
Nice that Vic hasnt missed a single game yet. Honestly feel like he could do with a night off though tbh
GSG! First thing I read today about basketball was Chet has overtaken Wemby on the ROTY ladder. I'm sure that doesn't sit well with him. Hope he has a decent game for his own sake.
Not only is Chet playing better, but NBA isn't going to give RotY to a team that wins 20 games. Unfortunately, that is out of Wemby's control at this point
Tbh my opinion only, tanking is a bad idea since we have wemby. You look at all the team that get top 5 picks every year it becomes a problem on who’s the guy and who’s not. Ex. KAT/Edwards. Also we have to many “they’re young” they need time to develop guys as it is.
He looked either gassed or disheartened the last game. Probably a little bit of both tbh. Strength and Conditioning are going to be huge for him to develop heading into next season. People on Jokic sometimes for being fat but he's probably the best conditioned big man in the league outside of Giannis.
Riga time will be the difference in this matchup. Spurs by 6.
And then you have Dallas, who hit the jackpot with Doncic, but has had to scrape the bottom of the barrel with Kyrie to put another star next to him, because they went into Win Now mode.
spurs are better at home than on the road and harden probably had time to hit a few strip clubs so i'm going with an 18 point loss on this one.
Thanks for the Riga time OP
I am supers ious
Dev playing today! We’re back baby!
Mavs have done that since the days of Dirk lol of course you don’t want to panic but the spurs need to continually be moving forward and not backwards from this point on.
At this point, the only thing that gives me the optimism is that even the tiest teams in the NBA win a game here and there.![]()

On Basket-Reference, I used to be able to get these all the way back to the beginning of the rivalry, but 1996 is the best I've found since I've started using Stathead.
Alas, no games, but I'm pretty sure DeAndre Jordan would be the leader.
