Horns going to have a hard argument claiming they should leapfrog another 1 loss team....
Due to the other 1 loss teams
a) having their loss vs a much better team. Okla with 2 losses is hurting the Horns.
b) having their Conf Champ win (if applicable) be against a much tougher foe then Texas potential Conf Champ opponent Iowa.
Ironically the one team the Horns could claim leapfrog is Bama. Yep, even if Bama beats GA. Horns can say We beat Bama.

Michigan
Washington if 1 L to Oregon
Oregon if W over WA and 1 L to WA
Going to have a hard time selling Horns should leap one of those 4.
Still plenty of ops for upsets these 2 games, reg season and Conf Championships.

Looks like Texas isn't going to get a single upset it needed this week. Unbelievable how many close rivalry games there were this week and none that mattered go our way.

As far as I can see, this is essentially what is most realistic for Texas to get in the CFP.
Washington beats Oregon (UW in top 4, Oregon out with 2 losses)
Georgia beats Alabama (Georgia in top 4, Alabama out with 2 losses)
Louisville beats Florida State (Louisville out already, Florida State out with 1 loss behind Texas with better resume and quality of play at end of season)
Texas beats Oklahoma State (Texas in top 4, Oklahoma State out already)
Great question. Can't really answer without knowing what happens in other games though.
I can't imagine they will lose though.

texas is going to miss the playoffs in 23 due to the acc/big10/pac12 voting to postpone the 12 team playoff in 2023 to 2024 due to ou/texas moving to sec..........karma for killing the little12 conference ..........
