Having lost his b******* claim to absolute immunity, he is now open to civil suits from USCP and even members of Congress, and who knows who else
Mr. Trash promised but never showed his tax returns. So we don't know how much money he has to pay lawyers which probably means lot of his. Lawyers will be not paid

Yam s cannot appeal the gag order
Yam s will not be free from a judge's gag order when he returns to New York City to testify in his $250 million civil fraud trial next Monday.
In a filing on Monday, attorneys for Yam s asked the court for permission to appeal a gag order that had been appealed unsuccessfully once before. Yam s was hit with a gag order after he attacked Justice Arthur Engoron's clerk on social media.
However, the attorneys were rejected by a court clerk at the New York Supreme Court's Appellate Division on Monday afternoon.
"Team Yam s did not get the relief they were seeking from a New York appeals court today, and therefore, although briefing will continue, the real news is that Yam s will not be free from the gag order any sooner than late 12/11, the same day he is scheduled to testify,"

Yam s' lawyer's prediction that Mike Pence would be called as a witness in his Georgia election subversion case has come true, according to reports.
The former president and 18 co-defendants are facing charges from Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis around trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Yam s has pleaded not guilty to 41 counts, including racketeering, violating the oath of a public officer, perjury, forgery and false statements.
According to CNN sources, prosecutors have officially listed the former vice president as a witness who could be called to testify at trial. However witness lists have not been made public and Newsweek was unable to verify this information.
