That 2-for-1 opportunity by Victor was awful. He was open to shoot a three, then burned six seconds and kicked it out to Collins.
I don't think I recall anyone calling for Sochan to be benched for Cedi Osman, or even benched at all. We just wanted him to not play PG. But I do agree that he has been playing better recently (notably, when he has shared the court with Tre) so the timing of this is quite bizarre.
I can see the rationale of replacing Sochan with a high volume 3PT shooter, but it still leaves a gaping hole (and maybe even increases the size of said hole) at primary ball handler, and in theory would weaken our defense (though we only gave up 46 pts in the first half).
At least it's an attempt to make an adjustment, I guess.

You guys wanted him replaced. There are no other point guards. Keldon handling the ball is not better than Jeremy. Tre is, by a distance, the best offensive player off the dribble, but he stinks on ice at just about everything else.
But they're winning, so it for now. As long as they have a chance to win I'm pretty happy.
