Blake Wesley’s size and athleticism are so apparent when he’s on the floor. If he can just figure out how to finish at the rim (easier said than done) and continue to improve as a shooter, he could actually be a player someday tbh.

Hornets are really bad tbh. Need to see it much more consistently, but it’s apparent he has the size and talent to play at this level. Just needs to put it all together. Still only 20 years old, not giving up hope on him. But he’s gotta start doing it consistently, he has to improve as a passer, and he HAS to starting finishing inside the paint.

Meanwhile Branham looks like he doesn't know the basics of basketball.

Getting real tired of Sean not knowing how an eight-second call works.

17 bench pts to 0 after a quarter is nuts.

As much as everyone gives the spurs, you guys do have well above average bench production.

All but four of those is from a player who started until the first of the year tbh.

Melo with the 'Too Small" after scoring on Tre Jones.

I thought that was an automatic tech these days.

Dude is in a serious funk. Needs to wake the up though. Games like this with no Wemby and against a poor defensive team like the Hornets is where he should be feasting.

Hornets with 4 FT attempts and Spurs 0 and its nearly half time.

Actually a more enjoyable game without all the softy NBA calls.

Not surprised the Hornets are shooting 60% with Collins back in the lineup.

Pop takes the utmost pleasure when he gets to sit Wemby. You're talking about a coach who ruined Tim Duncan's stats by taking his minutes down to 33 mpg
    as a young in-prime superstar.

Just zero rim-protection with Wemby out. Zollins and Sochan “protecting” the paint is a wet dream for NBA teams.

The last ten games or so that Collins has been out, Spurs have a defensive rating of 115 which is top 11th in the league.

I think he'd be fine as a distant 3rd option but he's not the long term #2 behind Wemby. BBIQ is just too low tbh.
