If the Spurs lose out on Risacher or Williams because they get the fourth, fifth, or sixth pick oh well, draft Dillingham, Sheppard, or Topic. I don't GAF about protecting the tank this year since Sarr is the only player head and shoulders above the pack but he's still very weak for a #1 pick.

Will someone please tell me what player in this upcoming draft is worth tanking a whole season for? I'll give you Wemby because he is a franchise player but Spurs are tanking for roll players now? I guess this FO just wants to protect that art now.
They don't have the athletes to break down a defense and take it to the basket for a good 2 point shot so they are forced to shoot the long shots when all they need is a 2 point basket.

Thats because wemby was a player worthy tanking for. There is no body this coming draft that is worth that.
They're not tanking. Mediocre talent pool (outside of Wemby) + awful coaching staff(including Pop) = lots of losses.
Sucks to lose but I'd much rather watch these types of games instead of the blowout losses we were having every night during the Sochan PG experiment.

This is the primary problem. Tre is the only guard we have that can get to the rim and make good decisions while also dribbling a basketball. Wesley is bad at offense...branhim is bad period...and Devin is legit one of the 10 dumbest players in the nba. I am legit concerned about Devin because this dude almost always doesn't just do a bad thing he does the worst possible thing. And he is not nearly talented enough to overcome his own stupidity.
Without Wemby and Tre we don't have anyone else on this team who can generate a shot for even themselves let alone anyone else. Truly frightening because Wemby is a 20 yaer old rookie and tre would be a backup point guard on probably every other team in the nba. Yikes.
Devin is legit the dumb player that people think Jeremy is.
