, we need to get the worst 3 records...
Yeah, that out the window, and we’ll likely be coin flipping for 4/5 if Portland loses tonight.

Mamu is who the Spurs coaching staff thought Sochan would be/might be.

Mamu’s defense might be questionable - but he is a threat to shoot and rebounds. He’s not trying to be a star. He simply makes Victor’s life easier.

the 5 second violation was inexcusable.

you are the defending champs, two time league mvp, all-star guard and you have 1 TO left for emergency. the inbounder should have burned the last TO.

his stupidity was our gain. Our D was outstanding on that inbounds play.

    GO SPURS GO

    what a sequence:

Jokic miss sends the rebound along the baseline which Tre Jones saves, 7 secs left, pushes down court to an open Graham who drives and check out the hang time on Graham as he squares his shoulders in mid air to get a nice good shot off with the sweet little floater that only leaves 0.9 remaining. Looked like the Frost exploded after that, fans were raging lol

ace I like your avatar....but, I think it would have been funnier with Bruce Bowen, especially after the Wally play.

I think one of my favorite things about Wemby is not just that he’s already a historically elite blocker, but that he’s also an incredibly clutch blocker. It almost seems like if it’s the opponent’s star player and it’s a close game, you can bet the farm he’s stopping it

we are playing Detroit. no way we lose. they are the best tanking team I have ever seen. as great at the bad boys and early 2000s pistons were, this group is the exact opposite. they make the 80s and 90s clippers look like world beaters.
They are about to win tonight and have no incentive to throw the game on Sunday, they've already locked up the best possible odds. It will all depend on whether Wemby plays.

I'll miss Graham. I don't get why he and Mamu didn't get more play, and no, it's not because of 'tanking.' At least now the staff seem to get that Mamu plays really well next to Wembanyama. Probably a pretty big decision about who moves on other than DG.

Games like this you really don't give a damn about the draft position. (Denver had a load to play for.) Come-on Spurs we need killers around Wemby. Need some Mario Ellies, some Bowens, some Manu's.... ain't getting that from a rookie this year!
