You don't get how this works. There will be an injunction by Friday that halts the executive order and opens the border again. Bidens justice dept will slow walk the appeal process and it will never go into effect but Biden can claim he was "tough on immigration" for the election but the courts wouldn't let him. As to that bull "bipartisan" that didn't pass the limit was still 5000 a day which was still way too high. If Biden and the dems had proposed the1500 a day limit like Biden just did it probably could have passed even with Trump not liking it.
