Yes. Key words “like me”. There are people who own crypto and do other things I don’t necessarily do (like write open source code etc, use mixers) that are being targeted. Alongside legislation being proposed that’s very dangerous and takes things that are more commonly done by people like me (running nodes etc) and trying to apply ridiculous laws to them that call them/us money transmitters which means being subject to all sorts of insane regulation which is damn near impossible to adhere to which in fact is am aim to criminalize bitcoin holders
