I don't understand why we let him go in the first place
Pointing his finger at Kobe for one.

I would do it, but he doesn't want to come here.
But wouldn' be kindof sweet to win a ring with Paul in SA while neph finishes out his csreer underwhelmingly in LA?

You’re just talking stuff you don’t know about. He was absolutely fine with being second option to Kawhi in order to win a championship. Willing to sacrifice. This is literally a quote from Paul George himself:

"I had to be honest to myself," George continued. "In order for me to win at the highest level and get to where I want to get to, I don't think I'm the one guy. I can, I can score with the best, I can take over games with the best. But I don't honestly think that's what my game is if I want to win a championship. I don't think that's where my place is if I want to win a championship. I felt like I learned that."
The P stands for Loyalty and the G stands for Sacrifice.

If a team (a contender level team on paper) is willing to pay you all that money then why wouldn’t you take it? He’s going to willingly take a backseat to Embiid and even let Maxey cook whenever he wants. He wanted that 4th year with his injury history and Sixers were “dumb” enough to give it to him so you can’t blame him for that.

Takin all det money is fine. We all know that's what he was after. He can ring chase and talk about his commitment to winning while not having to lower his standard of living.
