You ed around (FA) by not putting RBG on life support and you then you found out (FO) when Trump stacked the court with hard ass ringers. None of the mealy mouthed BS. "I got the kids waitin', we're watching "Leave it to Beaver" with McDonalds for luncheon. A simple yes or no will suffice." Laid it out in plain spoken English within 60 seconds. "Yes, or, no?"

    "Yes, Mr. President."

"Outstanding, you're hired. See ya soon. It's an episode where the Beaver..."

    Trump did that.

man, remember the days when derp was claiming that POTUS can just fire supreme court justices and that they dont have lifetime appointments.

he was on the right track. they do have lifetime appointments, but POTUS can just fire them by having them murdered as an executive act, and create as many vacancies as needed

You were so busy trying to kill/run Trump off you let RBG die on the vine.

Trump put 3 ringers in there in the blink of an eye. And not that that Bush2 always tried to get past muster, the SOB RINO.

You got your clock cleaned and don't like. Tough.

AOC, who longs to be White...will IMPEACH the Supreme Court upon her return after a nice long Summer vacation.

[[[Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., threatened to bring articles of impeachment against the Supreme Court after Monday's immunity ruling regarding former President Trump.
"The Supreme Court has become consumed by a corruption crisis beyond its control," Ocasio-Cortez wrote on X. "Today’s ruling represents an assault on American democracy. It is up to Congress to defend our nation from this authoritarian capture. I intend on filing articles of impeachment upon our return."
The ruling in question said a president has absolute immunity from prosecution for "actions within his conclusive and preclusive cons utional authority," and "presumptive immunity" for official acts in general. The court said there is no immunity for unofficial acts.

Fox News Digital reached out to Ocasio-Cortez's congressional office seeking clarification on who in particular she intends to impeach, but did not immediately hear back.]]]

Overlooked in the SCOTUS granting the POTUS King-like immunity is the the inherent power grab by the court itself. There is no bright light test provided for official v. unofficial acts leaving the court to police them as it sees fit. POTUS we like doing illegal we approval of? Official act. POTUS we don't like? Unofficial act.

POTUS is now a King, and the SCOTUS is his new counsel.

Shocking turn for anyone who actually gives a for the spirit of the American experiment.

Coupled with Chevron, this term overall has just been a massive power grab by the judiciary who, ironically, is the branch with the least accessible checks and balances available.

    Awesome

I'd be down for 70+ years of King Trump and his sons inheriting the throne if/when he tragically passes.

This is where the game because awfully transparent for Trump "patriots" - when you readily and freely admit that your patriotism isn't over the ideals of the American republic, but for one party and one man.

At least you're finally being honest.
