TBH most top teams have been underwhelming

The only impressive team has been Spain, so far

France and Bégium have been hard to watch , and today’s game was no exception

Portugal hasn’t been super impressive and don’t get me started on England

Most of those aforementioned teams also have clueless coaches

Germany started the tournament well, but their latest win hasn’t been impressive

At least France has loads of experience

Respect to both teams for channeling their inner Mexico and refusing to score a goal.

Gotta hand it to Crynaldo, he really inspired confidence on his teammates by crying like a toddler before the game was over. That's what leaders do. Inspiring , tbh.

At least he apologized to the fans (after he made his penalty) fir his ty performance instead of hiding and retiring from his NT like Messi did

I didn't watch the game live but just saw the highlights, Jota was tripped and had his progress impeded. It's a pretty straight forward call tbh.

After a solid 120 mins, Lolblak remembered he plays for atletico and that he was in a penalty shootout, so he performed accordingly

Although the gap between France and Portugal is not as wide as it was in 2016, and France is not at the same level of the past few years. I'll still give them the edge in the quarter final.

They just have too much chemistry and experience at this level.

Remember folks, the same guy that is crying about "soft/made up penalties" says the play at 6:50 is a "pretty straight forward call". Just bare that in mind whenever you read a comment from him and try to measure his objectivety, tbh.

FAP melting down because I called out the stupid reasons he used to try and justify a dive.

"Defender had a guilty facial expression after the foul"

"It takes time for the nerve to send signals from the leg to the brain, hence the delayed reaction by the player"

tbh, Mbappe has been MIA or missing goals everywhere. He gonna love the ref help in Madrid.

That said, all this incompetence has made for some interesting matches in the African, I mean Euro cup.

for the rest... France has been a pain to watch, horrible... but that's easily and so far the best defense I've seen from France since 98.. Maignan Saliba Hernandez Upa Kounde with Tchouameni / Kante protection...

Spain has been by far the best team so far but that's Germany at home... gonna be interesting

also Belgium playing De Bruyne at 40 m from France goal
