Celtics are obviously at the top.

Thunder and Knicks as the biggest challengers with at least three years left in their window.

Timberwolves with just one year left before cap with no assets.

Mavericks, Bucks and Nuggets trending down because they blew their loads and can't get better.

Sixers being up there with Timberwolves if healthy...which won't happen.

Magic and Pacers as solid playoff teams trending upwards.

Grizzlies, Pelicans, Cavaliers and Kings as solid teams with wiggle room and a lot of uncertainties.

Heat, Lakers, Suns, Warriors, Clippers as teams past their expiration date making a final push.

Rockets, Spurs as young teams trending upwards.

Hawks, Hornets, Raptors as dysfunctional, young teams with upside.

Bulls Jazz, Pistons, Trailblazers, Wizards, Nets as blatantly tanking teams.

Of course it's early, but I don't see anything left that would significantly impact it.

    Blazers in the upper bottom
It's a starless, ill-fitting roster and even if by some miracle they're halfway compe ive nearing the trade deadline, the front office will engage in what's becoming their now annual all out tank.
