Damn, he should fire his agent.
Ridiculous onsidering all the scrubs that got the bag.
Huge pickup for Phoenix, they're actually a functional team now.
Will be interesting to see if Bud has the balls to move Beal to a 6th man role, would be a way better fit.
Nuts to see Tre making 3x what his brother makes, tbh
It's a nice pickup in a vacuum, but Jones starting (as he says he will) means a small, unathletic team becomes even more so.
Beal starting and being guaranteed to close will probably become a headline throughout the season.
Either way, this team isn't sniffing championship contention.
I wonder if Nuggets even tried to go after Jones. They might've just fixated on Westbrick cuz Jokic wanted him.

Still crazy after all these years. “And I love that,” Jackson said. “I’d rather play with someone like him, who plays hard and gets hurt, than someone who is afraid.”

Hope Sean has a speedy recovery
Darn, I hope Sean is all good after having that procedure done.
Atrial fibrillation is potentially fatal- major risk for stroke and heart attack. Fortunately, there are new drugs that are highly effective to prevent these sequelae
Didn't realize it can be that bad. I wonder what kind of diet he's on these days. I thought I read years ago, or heard Sean mention it during a broadcast that his wife's vegetarian. I'm not a proponent of that diet for health reasons. Some people can get away with it and do well on it, but you're missing out on too many nutrients not eating meat. We're not herbivores.

Wait, what the ?
https://basketball.realgm.com/wireta...o-Two-Way-Deal
That's the fourth two-way deal with Bouyea, Grand Wizard and Ingram. Again, that's ignoring Minix. I don't know if they waived Bouyea (or if we've been mistaken about his contract status this whole time), or if Mensah was signed to an X-10 deal instead. But it's weird.Nathan Mensah and the San Antonio Spurs have agreed to a Two-Way deal.Mensah, who is represented by Keith Kreiter and Sam Cipriano, appeared in 25 games last season with the Charlotte Hornets. In 12.3 minutes, Mensah averaged 1.3 points and 2.6 rebounds over 25 games.
Mensah went undrafted in 2023 out of San Diego State.
I actually liked Mensah just fine and am glad the team has another young big in the pipeline.
I was actually surprised that the spurs did well in summer league. No championship, but they did ok. Mensah, Bouyea, and Ingraham were big reasons for that. Even Minix showed a little something. Hopefully that success continues in the G-League. They can be the new big three for the Austin spurs.
Dominick Barlow to the Hawks. Gay.
