I think Snake boy is trying to imply that Trump made an understandable mistake about Harris.
Harris is Indian (south Asian); Trump missed the landing to put it gently, but his comment had some imaginable rational basis, so to speak, in Kamala's parentage.
Kamala Harris being "an Indian" may come as a surprise to the low information posters to which Snake Boy is appealing, but Harris has never hidden her heritage, racial or otherwise, from anyone that i'm aware of.
a sinister gloss of Trump's riff on Kamala Harris's racial background would be Trump foregrounding Harris's "foreignness" for the feral, nativist mob that bids for his honor -- and for everyday racist voters, too.

Trump's demeanor at the NABJ conference highlights the sentiment, his contempt for the questioner and the audience were plain.
Playing the "is she really Black?" card at the convention of Black journalists (NABJ) was an amazing choice to make.
