Russias supply problem is becoming acute. They are going to have a hard time trucking in enough fuel to keep their front lines supplied.

UKR long-range drone capability is not something the russians can deal with.

Their milbloggers also note a lack of water on the front. The only thing keeping their troops from dying from disease is that they die from being thrown into useless assaults.

the russian empire keeps a lot of economic data from getting out, but what comes through the cracks shows hyperinflation (like here), and economic contraction (like the amount of cargo carried by russian rail system).

The sanctions are hitting them very hard. They are ramping up military production of simple things like s s and rockets, but are seriously struggling with other things.

The russian empire is moving into some seriously bad economic waters.
