the key here about defamation is that the folks over at Fox knew what they were reporting was inaccurate. this isnt a situation where they earnestly believing something and just had a different opinion. they knew it was false. and they made the claims regardless. when asked about sidney powell's claims, hannity said (under penalty of perjury) that he didnt believe it for a second. murdoch himself called the fraud claims crazy stuff, were terrible, and causing damage. he didnt care though. they made the claims all the same.

Considering both parties have been working in unison for a while now, I’d say he’s not debating for the same reasons we never saw Kamala speak as a vice president unless it was dunking on immigrants or talking about meaningless .
