Good for him.
(Crosses fingers he stays injury free cause JWhitt deserves it)
1st Commandment:
There shall be NO worshipping of false idols (ie SEC, SEC chanting)
I am fully aware the Big 12 commish made us the heals of that conference. Thats fine. We left it as the champs.
It does NOT mean we root for a conference we have now entered. We root for the University of Texas. Thats it.
Thats all.
(And I very much wish UTSA the best except when they play us)
IT hearing it was a non-contact injury for Clark.
So...
2 Scholarship running backs left.
3. Wisner, blue and gibson. But maybe it will give guilette or niblett a place to shine. Never know until the opportunity shows.
yes you are correct.
We have lost 2 scholarship RBs.
I know they want another “big” back.
Wisner is the guy I hope will benefit the most. He’s been a good teammate and waited patiently. And it would mean he stays healthy which appears difficult in that room.
Wiltfong at On3 said today he feels like his Texas pick for five-star WR Jaime Ffrench remains strong after speaking with a source near that recruitment.
The opportunity to play with QB Arch Manning, and his relationships with Sark and Coach Jackson are big factors working in Texas' favor.

Five-star '26 S target Zelus Hicks of Carrollton, GA tells On3 he could be committing this month or at some point in September.
He was in Austin for a June visit.
“It could happen pretty soon,” Hicks told On3. “The way my recruiting is going, I am starting to like a few schools more than the others, so my commitment could happen some time later this month or in September. It is something I am thinking about and talking to my dad about.”
“I love how coaches are reaching out. I can see who is into me and who isn’t. Tennessee, Ohio State, Texas, Georgia, Auburn and a few others have done a great job in the last few weeks. It helps with relationships and it shows me a lot about who really wants me. That is helping with my decision.”
“Clemson, Auburn, Ohio State, Texas and Florida are some schools that are up there for me. Me and my dad are talking about schools, so it is something I am still working on."
“I am still talking with colleges about how I fit into the scheme, if the staff will be there when I get there and things like that. Committing and then decommitting is not something I want to do, so with me thinking about committing early, there are still some big questions for me to get the answers to.”
