The executives at former president Donald Trump's Truth Social venture are officially starting to cash out of its meme stock.
According to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) CFO and treasurer Juhan Phillip has already sold a whopping $1.9 million worth of company shares.
CEO Devin Nunes and COO Andrew Northwall joined in as well, selling chunks of their holdings.
Meanwhile, Trump is likely also getting ready to offload his 114 million TMTG shares — roughly 60 percent of the company's outstanding stock — as soon as next month. The six-month lockup period determined by the SEC is set to expire as soon as September 20, clearing the way for Trump to pull out.

Does that also include the $30k he wished he had and invested?
September 25, 2024 is the end of the “lockup agreement” which barred the felon from selling any of his shares for approximately 180 days after it went public.
The lock agreement could be lifted earlier (September 20, 2024), if the stock price stays at or above $12 per share for any 20 trading days within the 30-trading-day period that started this past Friday.
Let the fleecing begin and the stock value drop!!!
I see the stock going lower and lower before then.
It is at $19.87 before the close of the day
the biggest liar on the planet starts a "business" called "truth" social...and idiots immediately bend over and say, "yes sir thank you may i have another!"
what could go wrong?
Stock will tank if he tries to off load his shares in late Sept and if he tries to borrow using his stock as collateral, who would be dumb enough to provide a loan on stocks?
Closed at $19.50 this Friday.

Who would be dumb enough? Anyone that want's to funnel money to Trump for whatever reason.
This will probably plummet to around $10/share or less by the end of the lockout period, but Trump will still end up with about a billion, pre-tax, making it the most profitable venture he's ever engaged in. All on the backs of his rube supporters, who gladly line up to take the Trump Grift Bukakke right to the face.
Down to $18.08 before the close today.
LOL, the best thing that has ever happened to Trump's stock is the possibility of him dying
