- Ordered the release of 5,000 Taliban fighters from prison, one of which became the new leader of Afghanistan
- Wanted to invite the leaders of the Taliban to Camp David on the 9/11 Anniversary
- Agreed to a 5/1 exit from Afghanistan then bragged that he didn't NEED an Exit Plan
- Refused to brief Biden's Transition Team on what was going on
- Shut down every airbase in Afghanistan but ONE, crippling the US's ability to extract assets, safely.
