Per reported numbers,
Kamala Harris' campaign + DNC had $404 million cash on hand at the end of August, $164 million more than Biden + DNC had at the end of June.
She + DNC raised $310 million in July and $361 million in August. That's $671 million.
So in July + August, she and the DNC spent $507 million—almost entirely post July 21, too. Also secured the much needed Cheney & Cheney endorsement. Mark Cuban tweeting for her nonstop.
All that and here is where we stand:
- Fake hope in Florida
- RFK off ballots and Stein and West on more ballots
- Lost 3 points full-field with Siena. Down about 1-2 points in tracking polls since the DNC. Q-Pac just +1. Marist and Marquette haven't polled again.
- Traded GA for AZ in sunbelt polling strength. Both states still looking good for Trump, bad for Harris.
- Little interest in early VBM from Democrats. That's probably the best indicator that the hyped "ground game" is mostly just talk. That and the lack of actual gains in registrations.
- CBS/YouGov September polls show her +1 better than Biden in PA but -1 worse in MI.
- Worse than Biden in the 538 forecast, pre-7/13.
- Worst numbers ever with Nate Silver's forecast.
- Economist Forecast basically should flip tomorrow.

The original Cons ution doesn’t have much to say about the right to vote.
It does not explicitly say that citizens have the right to vote in elections.
However, it just states that anyone eligible to vote for the largest house of a state’s legislature is also eligible to vote for members of the House of Representatives from that state.
