Got there around 12:30 and stayed till around 7. The heat just takes it out of you. All of the rides were open except Judge Roy Scream. Top 3 rides were an, Texas Giant, & Mr. Freeze.
Yup, that's typically my experience as well, but don't like to go when it's 90+. I think Judge Roy Scream has been down since the beginning of the year at least, but it's good that everything else is up and open. And absolutely that's the top 3 no doubt.
As bad as Texas heat is, I'd reckon Louisiana heat is even worse, since it's much more humid, the nights stay extremely sultry like a sauna, and you don't even have a winter/cool weather at all even in Dec to Feb. There's a reason that hot peppers (native to the tropics) grow year round there.
