Aha!
Yeah thats higher than the rating I saw.
They can use very different criteria and weight the criteria differently so... yeah..
Just saw that Chace Sims was not coming in this weekend.
Jerry Hamilton indicated that ATM was doing work.
I guess this is worth a Dammit!
IT confirmed today there was indeed an incident with DT Sydir Mitc last Saturday night.
They don't expect he'll play much the rest of the year.
Per IT, their guess is that Manning will get the start against Mississippi State.
Ewers is being brought along "slowly" and rep allocation in practice suggests as much.
247 had a source tell them that if Texas were playing Oklahoma tomorrow, Ewers would be the starter.

Hate to say it...
but Ewwwers will return against OKlahoma and be rusty and cost the Horns their first loss...
Sark needs to wake up and keep manning rising and learning and pull Ewwwers pretty quickly once he starts hurting the team.
There's zero chance of that happening if Ewers is ready to play.
I don't understand why some fans still think that way. Manning is going to be great, but it's plainly obvious Quinn gives the team the best chance of winning and leading the team to a le.
quinn is ok…he will be a nice backup in his career….
manning is special and will have a pro bowl career…maybe better
just watch them play-
quinn is a nice kid but not a future superstar
I don't totally disagree with that. But for right now Quinn is the more seasoned quarterback. He has come up big in big games. He has steadily improved every season leading up to this moment.
Manning could very well wind up the better pro, but Quinn is the quarterback for this season.
Blocked punts, dropped passes... outside of that first drive it's been a pretty frustrating half
