Sorry, I do not think Devin is making this list.
https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/...players-100-51
Only 100-51 published so far, but CP3 makes the list at #99. I'm going to presume that means Devin makes Top 50 because certainly he's better than Anfernee Simons at 100, right?
Where do you all think Wemby will land? Top 10?
99. Chris Paul, G, San Antonio Spurs
2023 NBA Rank: 76
Paul started in the fewest games (18) of his career last season with the Warriors, and naturally, his production suffered. Paul finished with career lows in points (9.2), assists (6.8), steals (1.2) and field goal attempts (8.1), but that should change now that he's a starter again alongside Victor Wembanyama. Paul's responsibilities in San Antonio extend beyond the court. He's tasked with helping the Spurs reestablish their championship culture. But he'll also prove critical to Wembanyama's development. With a real starting-level point guard on the floor in Paul, expect more efficiency from the Spurs on offense and better execution in clutch time. -- Michael Wright
Sorry, I do not think Devin is making this list.
Top 50 seems way too high for Devin to me... but he also seems way better than some of the guys 100-51. But... he's also always hurt and has only played on ty teams his whole career.
Realistically Vic is in the 11-15 range...
But it's ESPN so I can see them either putting him in the Top 10 for clicks OR #25 cuz he's a Spur![]()
RJ Barrett at 53 lmao this list is GARBAGE
Kirby is definitely 12 before he forces his chopper into the skies the LAPD and CPD had shut down.
![]()
I think you have to ask, is Devin better than Garland, Sengun, JJJ, or Anunoby? He'd have to be considered that to be in the Top 50.
I mean we know the answer to that tbh![]()
2. Stephon Castle
1. Victor Wembanyama
Devin had the 53rd most points in the league last year in between McCollum(#84) and Sengun(#54). He has to be in the top 50, or ESPN is worse than I thought.
Devin is listed in the "nearly there" list:
https://www.espn.com/nba/insider/sto...-players-watch
Devin should 100% be in the list.
I hope he's pissed
11. Victor Wembanyama, C, San Antonio Spurs
2023 NBA Rank:47
With a year of experience under his belt, the former No. 1 pick is coming for No. 1 on this list. The unanimous 2023-24 Rookie of the Year put together a historic first season in the NBA, producing numbers that compared favorably to Spurs Hall of Fame big men David Robinson and Tim Duncan. This season Wemby will see a lot of lob dunk opportunities now that he's paired with future Hall of Fame point guard Chris Paul. Wembanyama should make a run at surpassing the 254 blocks he notched last season on the way to earning his first NBA All-Star nod, while falling squarely into the MVP conversation. -- Wright
Yeah this list is all time bad
so top 10 is in some order of
Jokic, Luka, Giannis, Steph, KD, LeBron, Ant, SGA, Embiid, Tatum
Wemby too high, Brunson too low. Did not check further![]()
The Ringer top 100
Wemby 15
Vassell 71
Is it really that serious? Good luck ….. you’re gonna need it moving like this![]()
That cornball needs a life lmao
