Wemby has not appeared in Kenny 'the jet' Smith's list. Hence, Kenny is ranking Wemby 1-20 which will be revealed in a later video.

If VW is DPOY and an All-Star, he's at least top 15.

Wemby at 22 is fair tbh. His offensive game is still a work in progress. He'll be top 10 by the end of the season imo.

The best ability is availability. Kawhi should not be on the list at all

Wemby will be DPOY, All-Star. I’m not sure about MVP conversation because of the losing record. His stats will be amazing. So top 10 is fair.

On the offensive side I agree.

If you take BOTH sides into account tho...?

It's so subjective anyway, depending on the importance u give to either offense or defense. He's top5 if defense is really 50% but ppl & medias rate offensive talent (entertainment) more.

I wanna see a real improvement in Wemby's offensive game, he HAS TO be able to play the post comfortably to set himself at the top.

He's still a cheat code that can hide his deficiencies but man if he gets solid in the paint it's over.

Not sure about it, no absolut truth imo. It's all about balance and not having a real weakness

I wouldn't rank Embiid as high in the POs than RS bc his offense doesn't translates as well for ex.

"Offense fills up the stands, defense fills up the trophy cabinet" is the basis of team sports

I’ll be glad to see these clowns off the air, especially Shaq. He’s nothing but a jealous little , first about DRob, now Wemby.

Embiid is the new Harden, without freebies his offense dies. Best example of the euphemism these days is Jokic imo.

His offense is way further away than fans like to admit. He is barely in the Banchero/Cunningham tier right now on offense.

Wembys biggest issue on offence is discipline. Often times he doesn’t know what to do with the ball and just go for highlight plays.

He has to learn to read the defence and make the right decisions. He gets bailed out too often due to his immense physical talents so his next step is to learn patience.

Shaq hating on big men as per usual, dude has been retired for over a decade and still has an inferiority complex.

At least he finally came around and admitted that Duncan is one of the GOATs

I'm not sure I agree with you there. He needs to learn a better shot diet and his spots but he's better than Banchero or very close and better passer than Cunningham. On gravity alone he's significantly better. I don't think anyone in the league would take either player on offense before Wemby.

I’m not even a Kobe fan but he would have appreciated Wemby and given him props. Not like that man child Shaq.

The problem, or part of the issue at least, is workflow.

He doesn't have a set idea of "these are my most comfortable moves 1A/1B in the high post, "" moves from the top of the arch 3point line, moves from low post" etc.

It's a direct reflection of Pop's lack of direction with this team. He should be actively looking to set Wemby up in certain positions and expecting certain results. That's simply missing.

Victor doesn't need to be super efficient on offense because his defense creates a point differential that makes up for poor shooting nights. I'm ok with him taking 3's in rhythm, make or miss. It keeps the defense honest. He needs to enjoy his time on the floor and shouldn't be type cast into a pseudo role playing clumsy big, a taller Timmy or just a DeAndre Jordan type lob catcher.

Even the tnt guys were making fun of shaqs and barkleys ranking and stating how shaq would routinely underrate big men.

I can at least sort of guess what’s going through barkleys mind when he made those rankings, I just absolutely cannot understand shaqs. It’s like he randomly drew names out of a hat.
