That little secret is one a lot of us didn't even realize, including myself, until fairly recently. It's one of the relatively few glaring issues with the Cons ution. It's locked us into a 2 party system and it allows the House which will always be controlled by one of whichever 2 major parties are in power to decide elections outside the normal parameters of our "cons utional republic."
Trump can win the presidency by spoiling the election, and it sure looks like that's what he's aiming for.
Enough bad faith legal challenges, chaos and violence could throw the election to state legislatures and the House of Representatives.

One of the many strategies that could be used to confuse and delay the results of the 2024 election is the refusal to certify elections, particularly at the county level.
