RJ summed up perfectly tho
The diff are the rosters surrounding Chet and Vic
They all wanted Chet to win. Those ing losers.

If Chris Paul can become a coach killer and get Pop to leave, then it will be the best signing for years.
This team looks like trash. Vic seems to have forgotten how to play basketball since the Olympics. The thing that he does now, where he posts up a much shorter player, asks for the ball, and then immediately passes out again is just bizarre. He doesn’t even try to take the ball to the rim. He caught holmgren on a pump fake at three point line, had a wide open path to the lane, took a dribble, and then immediately passed it out to someone guarded at the three point line. Just extremely bizarre play on his end.
And the Wesley, branham, castle, Collins lineup was just inexplicable. No motion in the offense. No one seems to know what to do. Pop is just bad at coaching now. People just refuse to believe it.
Poor 3pt defense AND offense ain't gonna get it done in 2024.
We don't have the players to defend or shoot. Sure OKC is elite, but, we need more of what they have and before Wemby is totally disgruntled.
No offense, but Holmgren is looking really polished. I don't think he's better than Wemby, but he seems to get his shot a little easier. That may be because he has real floor spacers around him. I also think he is a better shooter than Wemby. He is a little more of a true shooter while Wemby is more of a streaky shooter.
WHO??? We're one of the worst defensive teams in the league. Mfers can't guard the 3 point line to save their lives
He's waaaaaay outplayed Wemby, but it's obviously not all Wemby's fault. Chet hasn't seen a double team, much less an entire defense gravitating around him.
That said, Wemby's definitely got a lot to do with it. Will he ever have a goto move? Or is it street ball central and logo 3's for the foreseeable future?
What is Pop doing?
Why is year 6 Keldon on this team again? He offers nothing.
Now that we have drafted the franchise player, we are, in my opinion, officially in head-rolling territory when it comes to the team still not looking game-planned and professional. They don't have to actually win, but looking as if they don't have specific things in mind that they want to do on the court for the sixth year in a row is egregious. These people are not being prepared/taught, and seeing that is getting old.
Imagine the score if SGA didn't suck in the 1st half. It can get ugly quick
To be fair, if you put Chet on this team, he also would be contemplating his life decisions like Wemby.
oh really?. Of course. He's playing with at least 2 3 other guys that can consistently hit open 3s. And we keep leaving them open like we do every team we play
Because he looked like he was developing a 3pt shot the year before last.
I'd buy that thinking. Also has to do with contact values. For that right number (as a #3 or excellent 4, Vassell)
collecting guaranteed checks until he's 80
Spurs don't need a big trade. The issue I have with the offseason was the upgrades were minor without addressing team iden y. Spurs front court is set for the future, and their future pg might be Castle with Vassell on his side. But the rest of the team has no further iden y. Wesley and Branham are in survival stage and might be a Lonnie Walker, out of the league, soon. Our backup point is injured. Our backup bigs are lacking. No strengths on this team other than having some decent defense for 30 minutes a game.
this team playing like Charmin p****s
We got swindled.
Looks like Dort is going to be "random dude who has a career night against the Spurs" tonight
Kinda get the sense that the Thunder are using this game to send a message to Wemby. In addition to looking like a D3 team, we look like es who are just taking the abuse.
You’ve got wembanyama controlling the paint, yet still double off a three point shooter for inexplicable reason. They did this constantly last season and have learned nothing
Does Pop really not have a play to get Wemby an easy look? Our generational talent is just getting his cardio work done up and down the court just watching the ball being pass around.
Yall keep talking about Cooper Flag, how does he help with the overall shooting on this team, Collins, and popovich's coaching?
