DeRozan appeared on Kendrick's video that disses Drake. After supossedly having a good relationship with Drake from back in the Toronto days, I'd say is justified that Drake feels betrayed by DeMar.

it also became the anthem for the summer brought east coast west coast together and got kendrick the Superbowl gig.
Well aware of all of that, but just confused as to what DDR has to do with it, until DAF explained that Demar was in one of the videos
I really don't like superfans. Like whatever DeRozan and Drake have is personal. It shouldn't affect whether DeRozan deserves to have his jersey retired. I would take the promise to vandalize my arena pretty seriously if I were Toronto. That's not because I'd be worried about Drake doing it, but you need to draw that line. Folks like Drake and e Lee are not part of their teams, and I really wish they weren't constantly talked about like they are.
Another horrible take. Selena Gomez should be allowed to run on the court and tackle Spurs opponents whenever she damn well pleases.

Time doesn't need to fix it, though. If Drake did that , he doesn't need to recover. DeRozan should have his jersey retired on his merits. If he was ting on the city, the fans or even the team, I could see that mattering. It shouldn't matter if he was in a video of the rival of one of the superfans, though. Just from those allegations, the Raptors should start distancing themselves from Drake in the first place.
Well if Tommy Lee Jones were doing it, that would be different.
I know, my point was that even raptors fans and pundits laughed at Drake, the whole thing is ridiculous and not credible.

Kendrick Lamar and Drake had a major beef this Summer. Kendrick ended up making one of the biggest/most popular diss-tracks of all time called “Not Like Us” that repeatedly called Drake a pedophile.
DeMar is good friends with Kendrick as they’re both SoCal guys, and DeMar even appeared in the video of this diss track.
This pissed Drake off mightily, as he thought DeMar was his friend considering they were cool and used to hang out in Toronto when DeMar was a Raptor.
Drake was already pissed off from trying to deny the pedophile allegations. DeMar appearing in the video and being openly friendly with Kendrick just added fuel to the fire.
The final straw was when DeMar came on stage at Kendrick’s show in LA while he performed that diss track. He was dancing with Kendrick on stage as Kendrick called him a pedophile in front of thousands of people. That’s when Drake let be known that he now hates DeMar and considers him the ops.
Kendrick also referenced DeMar playing in CA again instead of Canada in said diss-track by saying, “I’m glad DeRozan came home, y’all didn’t deserve him neither.”
So in short, Drake is emotional and feels betrayed that his old buddy (now enemy) DeMar appeared in a major diss-track calling him a pedophile in front of the entire world, and that he’s close friends with his enemy Kendrick Lamar. The end.
