When Tre comes back and takes Wesley's minutes, we might have a decent rotation full of NBA caliber players (minus Collins, maybe).
Hopefully Castle doesn't get screwed over.

Solid win, I don’t love that they need to shoot 50% from 3 to win convincingly.

Great win tonight. That Jazz loss stings.

Did more than Collins in 30 seconds, tbh.
1 minute +2. Extrapolate to 30 minutes and it's an easy 60 point win.

    Checkmate NBA

That has been the Spurs motto for quite a bit now, everyone is a PG. Or they try to be, at least.
I get that, but this is the first I recall seeing Keldon do it. I don’t care for it at all.

Nah he's unavoidable now, we don't have a profile like his, neither side of the floor

The staff must be in love like we are

He's definitely gonna see his minutes decrease once Vassell gets back to the starting lineup and Tre comes back, I'm just glad that it seems like Branham and Wesley won't be ahead of him in the rotation, which was a very patent fear of mine.

Pray it stays the same with Pop tbh

Edit I meant Castle's long minutes. Jesus that sounded wrong

You need your franchise player to get to the line to win rings.

Sabonis had more than a couple of too close call outs on Wemby's threes this game. Lowkey dirty. I haven't seen it getting talked about it here.

    So we're 5-6 right now.

Last season we got to 5 wins with our 30th game: 5-25.

    That is huge.

To me, his defense stood out. He doesnt have the speed of Wesley but it didnt matter cos he got the poise and the BBIQ; esp the hesitation when he went to the hole

Wemby being abused by Domantas’ defense
34 pts for 6-12 3pts and 13-22 at 2pts, not to mention 14 rebs with 4 offensive. Not too shabby.

Big win. Stayed composed and played hard. The threes won’t always fall like that but they did enough good things they might win this on a normal shooting night

He's so much taller and stronger, his fundamentals are already at a very good level, so much so that I want almost another UConn guy next draft

Maybe don’t be a box score watcher and watch the games. Domantas had a handful of lockdown defensive possessions on Wemby, there just isn’t denying that. Can Wemby score a ton more when Domantas isn’t guarding him straight up? Sure. Don’t get your panties in a bunch and comment about things you didn’t watch, it’s pathetic.

And just like that, Wemby 3s are starting to make a teeny bitty sense to some o'youse.
You don't get nights like this (and the Jazz game as well) without getting the confidence and the reps to shoot threes to your heart's desire.
He'll have to rein some of it in eventually but only after having propagated that shooter's mindset.

I’m practically watching the media interview now with Barnes. Dude, was picking his spots. I didn’t see him getting pushed out of position. As mentioned 13-22 FGA. That’s a high percentage for getting locked down.
