Wemby is going to be challenged by AD who's been embarrassed a few times last season between posters and blocks.
It's going to be interesting to see what game plan JJ Red comes up with too
This will be a tough match up for Victor unless his 3 is dropping early, so hopefully it is! Will be interested to see how often Lebron gets switches on Wemby and how that works out as well. GSG!

If we're to win this one, we need others to step up on offense.
Wemby won't have enough energy to contain AD if he has to carry the offensive load.
Lakers bench is tragic, Devin needs to score 20+ with ease.
He's been on fire from deep lately so this will be the game he goes 1-9 probably

Can't wait to see the Spurs NBA Cup court. I think they have one of the better designs. Still one of my favorite parts of these games.

NBA cup is such a stupid concept. I get it's a way to force compe ion early so in that aspect it's ok, but really.. ?
Plus I really want the Lakers to be the 2 time NBA cup champs and go belly up in the playoffs again
I love the concept of these, but the execution on a few of them are rough. I think it was the 6ers the other day on the all blue court? That was painful to watch... like, actually pain in my eyeballs.
to me the courts have made the cup games borderline unwatchable
1. The NBA Cup is such a dumb idea. Let's retire it already.
2. A game where we badly need Sochan.
3. The Lakers aren't very good. AD is playing phenomenal and James is playing great, and they're in their early-season binge. They won this stupid Cup thing last year. Otherwise they're a pretty bare roster.

Lakers currently have a two game advantage over us in the all-time head to head. I want that back to regain what I always thought was one of the coolest records in all sports: a winning record against every other teams in the league.
