Great idea except now I want to post duplicative info on those threads just to be an ass.
felt its easier to just have one thread than to have to constantly pump individual player threads

FFS, these guys need to play already.
Hope Wemby plays tonight
I always hate the Dubs. hope we can see full straight tonight (with the exception of Sochan). GSG!
If he was any other player I'd have called for him to soldier on and play but he's everything we're pinning our franchise's hopes on. Our golden boy.
Heal and be back only at 100%, Vic!
Wemby who?
J/k
I know some of you es can relate to knee contusions
On a serious note, the Spurs is probably the youngest (except for CP3 and Unc Harrison) and always seem to have DNP’s with our starters for the last few seasons now, seemingly more than when we had the Big 3 it seems to me. These younger kids seem made of glass. Sochan, Bassey, Branham, Wesley, Vassell, Tre, Keldon seem all gone through extended DNP’s at one point.
Boomers don't understand how physical today's NBA has become.
Isn't a contusion a bruise? Not ligament, muscle, tendon. So what exactly could happen playing through it? It would probably heal faster with the extra blood flow
TIL that players take gameday naps.
Damn, would be nice to be an NBA player![]()
How does that work? There's a league rule that prevents Vassell from playing in both games?
tweet was edited to remove the "league rules" reference. maybe the rule being referenced as simply informing the league in advance that he'd be out?
Is Bassey hurt or just getting Mitched instead of Popped and buried because improving lineups wouldn't be fair to the team?
Gonna be more growing pains when Sochan is back tbh.
Ideally, losing players like Wesley, Branham, Keldon, and Zollins are relegated to garbage time mins but there seems to be a mandate from the FO to get those guys mins no matter what.
Wemby out tomorrow against the Bulls with back soreness. People es Wemby’s not playing enough minutes, pacing himself, not attacking the paint more, etc . This guy plays both sides of the court

Orsborn saying Wemby probably won't play against the Kings, either.
Back to below .500 it is.
Sounds like Tre is out at least a few weeks, maybe more per Mitch's pregame press conference.
Described Wemby as day-to-day, I'd say the earliest he comes back is Sunday against the Pelis. But wouldn't be surprised if he missed that too tbh.
