They've had one of the harder schedules in the NBA and have only played an EC team once.
I don’t think Barnes would mind if he goes to the bench.

Victor needs a center. His back to the basket game is ass.
I love Pop, but listening to Mitch after the game explaining is a breath of fresh air.
rascal’s whole deal has been to about things even if there’s nothing to about.![]()
He’ll have to get stronger for that because that’s when he gets double/triple team and allows cutters and open shots. No need for a Center to clog the lanes
Barnes to anchor the bench would be ideal. Don’t think he’s an ego guy that would demand to start.
In any case we don’t expect Jeremy back until Jan right? And if so they’ll likely give him the Vassell treatment and bring him off the bench no?
He had buddy hield on his back (1-on-1) and couldn’t do anything with the ball. I think he ended up passing out to a guy in the corner. It has nothing to do with strength. Wemby simply doesn’t know what to do in the paint unless he’s facing the basket.
Steph C > Steph C
Sochan looks like he'll be back in late December. He doesn't have a knee/foot injury and he is already doing 1v1 drills. I don't think there is any reason to give him the Vassell ramp up.
To clog the lanes for...his turnover?
December 19 was the last projection.
I think he’s referring to the idea of getting another center, and that center clogging the lanes.
Yeah people said Robinson couldn't post up but he was an elite post player. He was just unguardable when he faced up. Victor is legitimately useless if he's not facing up.
Yeah that idea is stupid. I was trying to be nice. Clogging the lanes is right up there with complaining that Victor is shooting threes.
Steph Castle was incredible in this game. Steph Curry is really hard to defend, and his shooting and offball movement has been the driving force behind the Warriors, with teams losing him as he runs around, causing breakdowns on him (open Steph 3s) or help causing a breakdown from recovering. He basically didn't lose him the whole game. Incredible defensive performance.
It'll be interesting to see what happens with Sochan / Vassell / Keldon back. I think you could get to solid by having the starting 5 stay the same, then a Tre-Vassell - Keldon - Sochan - Collins (I know, predicting what happens, not calling for Collins minutes) bench 5 should improve those minutes.
if only there was ONE poster who called this roster being decent, before the season started...
Spurs are the only team in the NBA with wins against all 3 of the West's top 3 (GSW, OKC, HOU)
Yeah that would be great. Those five games a year when Lavine and Vassell play together would be sick.
DRob is a fast forward playing in a Center body. His spun around is unmatchable; I once saw him led end-to-end and just dunk and noone was on sight to guard him.
If he had worked on his footwork like TD has; he will be unguardable.
I was ting on Champ so much before the season - he has been great this year. Eating my words hard, lol.
If all healthy...let's go with Wemby, Sochan, Vassell, Castle, CP3 as the starting lineups
HB is a great veteran presence and made game winning plays, but we really need to build the young guys up
It would be nice to just leave the highest NETRTG 5-man lineup in the league (CP3-Castle-Champ-Barnes-Wemby) alone, and use the returns of Vassell and Sochan to fix our putrid bench.
He doesn’t play defense so no
