so apparently he worked out with a shooting coach who also trains Steph Curry to improve his shooting mechanics this past year. He said he watched a lot of Draymond Green tape when it came to passing out of the post.
get that shooting coach with castle as well

Not sure why we’re penciling in a role for this guy when he hasn’t played a single minute and it’s historically a rare event when a 2nd round pick sticks around… you’ve got your Tre Joneses and then you have fifty Quinndary Weatherspoonses
always a long shot, but 3-and-D players have the best chance of sticking

Because he has to decide what kind of player he's going to try to develop into. Right now, he can either be a more traditional three-and-D player or try to be more of an on-ball offensive player. He's probably not going to get that many shots at making a team, so he needs to show as much value to an NBA front office as possible. Him focusing on trying to be a valuable role-player is great news. If he's focusing on being that because the Spurs told him that's what he's going to do, that even better news.

Looks like he officially signed his two-way. That fills up the 18-man roster. Minix would have to beat someone out, or the X-9 will be exercised, and he'll go to Austin.

They’ve been playing this dude as a center in the gleague. Not sure if it’s because of the roster construction of that team or if that’s where they see his future. If it’s the latter, then folks who think mamu or collins is too small to guard nba centers will be in for a rude awakening if this is how the spurs are grooming their future players. I personally dont mind it as ive said harrison’s game is too slow before to be a small forward or below. As a pf, he’s even slower than mamu and thats not good.

Minix plays mostly pf and maybe 10% of the time center when neither mensah or ingram are in.

Cissoko is dominating right now, looks like lebron lite with his drives. Everyone moves out of the way
