Very interesting...pardon goes back to Hunter's time at Burisma.
Did Joe sign a pardon for himself? Or "the Biden crime family" only applies to Hunter?
Might not matter though, he'll probably be dead before any prosecution sticks.

That the pardon goes back to 2014 is revealing and damning.
Joe Biden could have commuted the sentence of Hunter Biden. A commutation is less than a full pardon, it maintains the conviction but spares Hunter prison. That would have been the way to maintain respect for norms while playing the sentimentality card, and I'm sure the Bidens were advised to do this.
The full pardon goes back to 2014. The statute of limitations for tax fraud is 6 years, and for most other federal offenses like money laundering, it's 5 years. More serious crimes like murder and underage sex trafficking have no statute of limitations.
Hence the pardon should have ended with conduct committed in 2018, the longer of the two SOL's (six years for tax fraud).
Having the pardon cover all behavior, charged and uncharged, from 2014 is the most significant fact of all. This is proof that Hunter Biden committed far more serious crimes than what he was charged for, or else there'd have been no reason to had the blanket pardon look back 11 years.
There's another quirk to consider. The 5 year statute of limitations doesn't begin running until the last overt act. For example, if Hunter and Joe Biden conspired with Ukrainian oligarchs to launder money, and this conspiracy occurred from 2014 to 2021, then prosecutors could argue that the Joe, James (Joe's brother) and Hunter Biden could be prosecuted for conduct occurring as far back as 2014.
Hence this pardon was not about Hunter Biden or Joe's love for his son. This was a way to close any loose ends, and allow the Biden Crime Family to retire in luxury.
don't worry TSA, we're probably not too far from Trump being dubbed the living embodiment of the law.
Soon, Trump will be able to speak laws into existence -- or set them aside -- basically, by saying so.
"This presdential decree is an official act and therefore legally immune"
if Trump nullifies Biden's pardons and prosecutes the people Biden pardoned -- well, that would be something.
The FBI in particular, is problematic. If the current DOJ norms get tossed, Trump can carry domestic intelligence in his pocket, use the FBI to make life dangerous for his political enemies...like we used to in the J Edgar Hoover day.
Damning for Hunter? Did Joe pardon himself?
FYI, I'm not defending the pardon, I think it's grotesque.
The libs love Biden; the left doesn't.
reportedly, the pardon occurred outside the normal stream, Biden was the mover.
it's a bad decision, but it's so Joe Biden to try to save his son.
I like how you really dig hard into the Biden conspiracy here and hand wave away anything Trump related. It's funny.
The greatest irony here is that Joe might not need to pardon himself largely thanks to Trump pushing his SCOTUS to expand the "official acts" doctrine.
Biden was about as conservative as Democrats come; he wasn't that well liked, just able to beat Trump in 2020
That was just about the only thing he had going for him. Until he basically rolled the red carpet for Dennison to come back.
Left is complicit tho
Back stronger than he ever would have been. I said the left would've been better off losing in '20 but they destroyed themselves just to make the tweets stop.
That's stupid. Trump was 100% going to kill Social Security had he won in 2020.
How was he going to do that?
He would have had both houses of congress with a win.
Doubtful but even if you're correct, you think a gop that is too scared to repeal obamacare would get rid of social security. Seems far-fetched to me.
In any case, the left completely destroyed themselves when they went ridin with Biden.
