so therefore - they decided it was legally called sex abuse instead of rape.
The judge - though - released his own legal opinion and said the crime met the legal definition of RAPE - and the fact that trumps penis was too tiny and could be confused for a digit/finger - was no reason to deny it was a LEGAL RAPE.
Fast forward to ABC news stephanopolous describing the facts of the case and stating that trump was an adjudicated rapist- which was 100 percent ACCURATE and would have easily won the case.
