This one feels great. Wemby's really clutch. Also I don't think Chris is playing great rn but he was there when it counts and that's what we need. Game changer.

That was a really nice dunk, dude. Hope the bitter memory that Victor gave you to go with it lasts for the rest of your life.
    It'll probably be like #5 on SportCenter's top 10.

Wemby's toss off the backboard for the jam will be #1

Hunter got his poster, but I hope it was worth the cost of making Wemby mad.
I mean Wemby was abusing him all game, so I get the frustration. It was a nice dunk.

    Always wanted Hunter in SA…

Like will anyone even notice or write anything against Devin's defense? He constantly gets pulled into the paint for no reason and leaves his man open in the corner.
Barnes is also having a dreadful night.
Yep. Needs to be talked about a lot more, and I've written about it in some other posts. People think Devin is a good defender because he was labelled as a 3&D guy when drafted, but his defense has gotten worse every season and he's 13th percentile in Crafted DPM over the last two seasons. He's really actually a pretty terrible defender.

Gutsy win against a quality opponent. Can’t complain.

Also, was this the most complete win they’ve had this season? Sure they were down 11 but not for long and they stayed fairly close throughout

If Bassey is really the first big off the bench we really going to be paying Collins 17 million dollars to not play

This is a fair subject. He’s regularly the guy teams go after. Not Keldon bad, but he seems to regularly be out of position on that side of the ball.

On offense I think his shot has become a thing of beauty, but a lot of what he does on that side looks unnecessarily difficult. Maybe it’s just me.

    They're also 23rd/24th in 3pt makes/percentage.
These 3PT stats concern me, because this has a recipe for the Spurs going 4/35 from 3 while the Hawks put up their season best while we leave their shooters wide open.

Hawks 16-38 (42.1%) from 3 tonight... so predictable

    Luckily we hit ours too!

Good win tonight. Nice to see Wemby go full Alien mode and Uncle Paul show some jumbo cojones in the clutch.

Two fairly evenly matched teams, tbh... Hawks were missing Okongwu but Larry Nance turned into Larry Bird.

We're still a couple of moves, and some better rotations, away from our full potential this season.

Useful game from Keldon. Welcome back. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Sunk cost fallacy. The money is committed, don't chase a bad bet just to make things worse

Also the more he plays, the lower his trade value seems to get

The worst place to be is 11-12 seed. I really hope the Spurs start playing more consistently.

LOL Sochan saying Paul and Barnes are like their "Master Splinter"

TMNT Culture still alive and well

But Sochan still can't pronounce Paul name properly. He is still calling him Chris Poo

Kudos to Mitch for gluing Makalai to the ing bench also.

But he played Tre too many mins tbh. I rather he go with Blake Wesley than Tre.

The Dubs and Lakers are flatlining right now tbh. If the Spurs can keep it up they should end up at least 9th.

Yeah but i would take 14-13 record after 27 games with all the injuries and Wemby slow start. Realistically we have no choice but to keep going for every win and let the chips fall where they may. This feels like our 23-24 Rockets season: Compe ive and frisky team but still not good enough for the play-in/playoffs unless a couple of teams above us implode with injuries or something other issues (Lakers? Warriorrs? WOLVES?)

Hunter was like Grant Williams trying to step up to Butler and then Butler proceeded to stick his big balls all over him just like Wemby did to that scrub.
