Vassell gotta wake up and step up.
Have to open this extra early to give Spurs a fighting chance and test my streak.
Both teams are healthy, everyone relevant is available.
This is the big one. If we're to actually make the play-in, we'll have to win some games on the road. Games against serious teams, especially direct compe ors.
Season series tied with a win for each team, Timberwolves were struggling as of late, but then they played a great game in Dallas (even before Luka went down) and had late comeback in Houston.
Not going to lie, I don't think we can win this one, but maybe certain Spurs players finally start playing on the level expected of them.
If we lose this one, we'll probably start a slide and go well below .500.
Out of the next 18 games, Bulls are the weakest opponent, with Pacers being the only other team under .500.
Could be an ugly month.

Vassell gotta wake up and step up.
Everybody’s afraid of a slide but tbh if the Spurs are .500 at 30 games, they’ll be .500 at 40 games, 50 games, and so forth… they’ve shown who they are at this point, and it’s an improvement over last season.
Played 18 games at home and 13 on the road.
9 out of 16 wins are against Jazz, Blazers, Pelicans, Wizards and Nets.
2 more against Kings.
Road record against teams above .500 is 0-7. If you include Sixers that will probably finish above .500 in there it's 0-8.
We might end the season at around .500 when it's all said and done, but this these upcoming games are going to be way more difficult than the current schedule and unless there's a major improvement, we won't be at .500 at the end of this stretch.
Out of the next 10 games, 8 are against Western playoff teams, in a couple of weeks it's going to be clear where this season is headed.
There’s no perfect metric for performance but going by wins and losses against teams has too much variance, IMO. A better indicator is point differential:
https://www.espn.com/nba/stats/team/...oints/dir/desc
we’re right between LAL and CHI of last year in terms of performance output.
Ill be surprise if the win this one. Hopefully they do
I think the two disappointing losses woke them up a bit. This team is capable of .500 record if playing at their potential with combinations of vets, Wemby and a deep roster. I’ll give Spurs a fighting chance. Spurs by 5pts. GSG![]()
Seems like the Spurs always lose on Sundays and even had a lower win % during their best years on Sundays
Spurs are good enough now to beat teams missing their top players or teams on back to back at home or the bottom tanking teams now.
I couldn't disagree more.
Our road record against good teams couldn't be worse, don't try and gimmick it with point differential when we just haven't been able to get over the hump on the road.
I'm not saying it won't change, but facts are that we had an easy schedule and need to step it up.
Go Spursssssssssssssssssssssssss go!
Will be interesting to see who shows up in a pressure game
should be interesting, but I do not expect a win on the road against the T-Wolves
Devin Vassell head-extraction-from-anus game.
Time for wemby to bully gobert
Game has apparently been delayed due to some kind of issue with the court. Tip at 8:10 CT
Should be a no contest win, tbh.
Home team wasn't able to provide adequate facilities.
Sometimes we win the hard ones and lose the easy ones.. gsg
I woke up an hiur earlier than I shouldve. the wolves home court tbh
