Yes, but you've got to remove married filing jointly tax status though for all then to avoid the gay loophole from Chuck & Larry which is widely exploited today. Getting married as a religious or personal experience or for fun is fine, live and let live, but they shouldn't be getting financial tax breaks for it, unless they're going to procreate.
Gay marriage is 100% a tenth amendment issue. 2015 was just such a woke knee-jerk era in time.
Because, cons utionally, it's every bit as much of a tenth amendment issue as is abortion, death penalty, marijuana, stem cell research etc.
Now guns on the other hand? Not a tenth amendment issue, a second amendment right that cannot be trampled by tenth amendment rights.
