CP3 for Gary Harris straight up?

Those are the only two trades that make sense for CP3.

CP3 will be integral for a play-in push tbh. Can't have too many "big" changes to your roster unless it's blatantly obviously for the better. Trading CP3 has marginal returns with who's available in the market right now tbh.

My take is obviously 100% biased towards the play-in goal though and not much for the next season etc

I don't think you can get anything for him nearly what he's worth on the court and the locker room. If he wants to move on, that's another thing.

I think HOU and OKC make sense, and I posted some options in the Trade Ideas thread. But that's only if they are returning a legit backup C or someone like Queso. (Fox/Castle/Queso would be an insane long term 3-headed guard monster)
