Vassell would have Steph and Fox trailing in a fastbreak and he would still settle for a 3.

A 3 with a defender in his face while the Castle and Fox are open

I miss Pop yelling at the players for missing defense assignments or boxing out for rebounds. We need the Pop of 20 years ago

vassell is so low iq and selfish. has castle trailing, all he has to do it pass it behind him for an easy bucket and instead he bricks it at the rim
That's the story of the game. The two players that the Spurs should have tried really, really hard to trade are still on the team. I wonder if they tried an no one wanted either of them?

Back in the day, I would have gone ballistic with that play from Devin. Very, very selfish play, was trying to get his own. The right play would have been to pass it back to Steph for the easy score, but nope, he was looking for his own points to try and get himself going. Don't throw away points/easy buckets to look out for your own.

Our coaching deficiencies are highlighted by our inability to get our 7'5 athletic freak shots close to the basket...dude is 5/15 and shooting only jumpers

The narrative has been the Spurs were able to get Fox while keeping Vassell and Johnson... but I wonder if SAC didn't want them.

Just zero effort from Wemby tonight.

Such a shame when he gets mentioned with the likes of Timmy tbh.

You cant blame Sacto for wanting Lavine over those two. Bulls on the other hand, took Zollins as tank commander.

I didn't want to kill the mood when the trade happened, but Keldon has done more damage than Collins this season.
At least Collins wasn't playing as of late.

People still high on Devin have no arguments left.
He's a textbook, generic, subpar shooting guard who somehow got a 150/3 contract.

Wemby is a rebounder...and it has nothing to do with his weight...he just doesn't have the dog in him that's needed to be a good rebounder
