He's saying they wrote it wrong, but if you had a seance and asked the guy who wrote it, he would say something different from what he actually wrote so we need to guess what he was thinking and pretend what he was thinking was the actual thing that was ratified into the Cons ution.

No, it's been debated since it was ratified. It only picked up steam when illegal immigration became an issue in the 80's. The pejorative term "Anchor Baby" arose in the 90's. The left's Dreamer Act and attempts at amnesty and other machinations to allow illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. caused Trump to take up the matter in his first term though, he never followed through. I think Biden's throwing open the doors of the border just cemented the opposition to finally get the courts to or get off the pot on whether or not babies born to illegal aliens are automatically citizens.

It's in the hands of the courts now.
