    Absolutely. Read your link, moron.
You believe it though ... just because they say it?

The previous administration wasn't known for its vetting. Remember the properly vetted alien that tried to commit a terrorist attack, Margaret?

Great, show me all the vetting and training Elon and his gang have gone through.

I'm sure all the information has been made completely transparent to the American people. That's really important to you, remember?

My understanding is, if approved, it'll only go to taxpayers.

I don't know. I thought I read it would be a refund (as in overpaid taxes - during prior tax years). You don't claim refunds on taxes now so, I would expect it'd be the same. The Stimulus Checks were considered income so, that's why they impacted your taxes.

The second Trump bailout is going to be awesomer than the first, and as a bonus, he'll wreck the US government and replace it with corruption

Let me know when you discover the first Quid Pro Quo between President Trump and Elon Musk.

Neither are taking a government salary. All the contracts earned by Tesla were executed prior to his involvement with DOGE -- and some of the biggest, during the last Democrat administration who, by the way, looooooved electric vehicles.

I'm still wondering how Musk would have President Trump in his pocket.

And, I don't think his "billionaire buddies" have the stomach to weather all the nonsense being thrown at Musk for simply stepping up to bring efficiency and accountability to the federal government.

    Winning...

Chutkan refuses to block Musk, DOGE from 7 federal agencies

Judge refuses to block DOGE’s access to student borrower data

Trump asks court to allow firing of watchdog agency official

The Supremes ordered Dellinger to respond to the administration's filing by 2:00 P.M. today. He did, trying to argue the circuit courts were already expediting his case and there was no need to get involved. the Chutzpah of someone telling the Supreme Court to butt out of their legal fight. I don't know how they're going to ultimately rule but, that was pretty damn funny.

    Bellinger's response:

    Bessent v. Dellinger

I don't think the Administration has filed anything further but, I suspect they're trying to get the following into some kind of legal format, suitable for filing in the U. S. Supreme Court.

What it boils down to is the courts are going to come to the conclusion the Executive has exclusive control over the Executive Branch. Period. He can hire and fire, he can reorganize and move programs around, he can stop spending waste when it's found.

Like I said somewhere, the Trump team was prepared on day one with actions, they knew would be challenged but, that they also believed would prevail. Hey, if your blood pressure isn't high enough, check out today's Executive Order, it addresses all of this by reasserting his authority as the Executive - in the Executive Branch of Government:

    Ensuring Accountability for All Agencies

The President continues to move forward while the Left and the media flail along behind him.

No, it's not. The Courts and Congress still exist as the other two co-equal branches of government.

If he actually does something illegal or uncons utional, that's what they're there for.

, even that Obama-appointed Judge, US district judge Tanya Chutkan, had to fold because she realized Trump was within his authority as the Executive.

Just because previous Presidents have allowed unelected bureaucrats set up a shadow government and rule by regulation, en bering OUR hard-earn tax dollars for things most reasonable Americans would have never approved, doesn't mean ALL Presidents must do that. I think the buck has finally stopped at the right desk. Yeah, it's ugly to watch all the caterwauling over losing the government gravy train but, no one expected there to be no pain.

Name a law he's violated in his efforts to bring the bloated federal government (over which he's the Executive) to heel?

Repurposing the USDS was a brilliant move.
Starting with the most egregious agencies, USAID, Education, and Treasury -- again, brilliant.

Surely, you don't think Trump sat down and planned this whole strategy by himself? No, he assembled a team (I've heard estimates of over 1,000 people) that researched every action he wanted to take as the incoming President. I'm sure they found the loopholes and exploited them like Trump does his taxes.

One for instance; Like you and other, I assumed Elon Musk was the Administrator of DOGE. Well, they've revealed he is not. The Administrator of DOGE reports to the President's Chief of Staff and, while DOGE must have an Administrator, his iden y doesn't have to be disclosed. Yes, President Obama identified his Administrator of the USDS but, he wasn't charged with fundamentally restructuring the Executive Branch, auditing the books, and making recommendations for drastic cuts in spending and staffing. Can you imagine that pour soul's life if people knew his iden y? I believe that's why Elon Musk has allowed himself to be the lightening rod for what DOGE is doing. That and because, he's assisted with staffing the service with competent programmers like Big Balls. And, as President Trump's Special Advisor, he can pretty much put his hands on whatever the President allows.

I guarantee you Trump had better lawyers than you or I or Chuck Schumer that sat down and went over every proposed action, with a fine tooth comb, to make sure it was legal and cons utional. All we're seeing is the Left catching up. The cases will be filed and, for the most part, they'll be decided in Trump's favor. Where they're not, they'll be appealed through the courts or, in an emergency, to the Supreme Court where, they'll in all likelihood be decided in Trump's favor.

Stolen? That suggests he's keeping them.

But, withholding en brances and funding because of waste, fraud, abuse, corruption, etc... Maybe some other Presidents should have been paying closer attention and they might have.

The Administrative Branch was never envisioned as a branch of government separate from the Executive. There is no 4th branch of government. If you read the U. S. Cons ution it clearly says, in Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 1, "The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America."

    Singular "a President."

I don't think it could be more clear, Winehole.
