During federal fiscal year 2024, the Biden administration made 113,431 immigration arrests, and of those, only 28% were of people who had no criminal convictions or pending criminal charges.
Asked for comment on the data, Tricia McLaughlin, a Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman, said immigrants without criminal records are often “far from innocent” but declined to provide further data.

Nope, it's a crime, look it up. Administrative violations don't result in jail time or prison and are never referred to as misdemeanors or felonies. Just saying.

126 were criminals, 80 of those were members of the terrorist organization Tren de Aragua. The remaining had no criminal record, other than entering the U. S. illegal but, they were taken into custody because they were with the other 126. Shouldn't associate with terrorists and criminals if you're here illegally.
