After speaking with Trump, Norman and Self walked back into the chamber at 2:30 p.m. and approached the clerks. They both changed their previous votes to support Johnson.
But you have to wonder if any concessions were made by Johnson. He did look a little uneasy when he came out of that meeting.

Mike Johnson has lost control of his own party, bills are being raised and passed with bipartisan discharge pe ions

House GOP moderates are threatening to cut a deal with Democrats after Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) ruled out giving them a vote on extending expiring Affordable Care Act subsidies.

GOP Rep. Mike Lawler has signed the Democratic discharge pe ion for a 3-year ACA funding extension.

He's the second Republican to do so.

Two more and it gets to 218.

there had been 5 discharges since 1971, and now there have been 5 just during this congress

(ok, it turns out three is the real number of discharge pe ions that passed and then got voted on in this Congress, but that's still a lot)

    Republicans in disarray

    Just terrible at governing

House Republicans adjourned last night without agreement on a rule, tried to bring the Rules Committee back this morning to figure out a way forward, failed, and are now totally adrift. Budget resolution, FISA, Farm Bill all up in the air.
