Most veterans not only have PTSD but own lots of guns. Not a great plan to leave them without reliable healthcare and unemployed aka desperate. Who sees that ending well?
Picking a fight with the legal profession could backfire.
Trump is sore at Perkins Coie because it defended Hilary Clinton in 2106 and hired Fusion GPS. Perkins Coie (Marc Elias) also won dozens of bull election cases brought by Trump after his 2020 loss to Biden. Trump RICO case against Perkins Coie in 2022 was dismissed with prejudice. Trump rolled all his grievances against Perkins Coie into one EO that targets them specifically.

Direct financial coercion of US states by the executive branch is now a normal thing
Trump has sicced six federal agencies on Maine since the governor bowed up to Trump
https://www.pressherald.com/2025/03/...stem-programs/
arbitrary, capricious and retaliatory, ignores the limitations placed by Congress on the power
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/42/2000d-1The enforcement provision of le VI states that funds can be cut off from a university (or any other regulated en y) only after a hearing to determine a violation AND after all OTHER means of ensuring voluntary compliance have been exhausted
There also has to be 30 days notice, the termination can only affect the program that is doing the discriminating, and there are many other requirements that are intended to prevent what one Senator described during the drafting of the law as "precipitate and capricious action" by agencies
An agency cannot under le VI just "pause" funds to figure out whether or not any sketchy business is taking place. This is because members of Congress were very worried about the law being used for "punitive and vindictive" purposes![]()
im 100 percent certain that - that law firm could just re-litigate the russian ery case trump is falsely accusing them of…
and trumps treason is exposed all over again…
wont get past the discovery phase where trump will just drop the case….

Japan Beer Maker Asahi Looks to Invest More in the U.S. as President Trump Wields Tariffs
Asahi Group Holdings, one of Japan’s largest drink makers, is investing more in the U.S., paying heed to President Trump’s tariff threats, which has led many global companies to recalibrate their investment strategies.
Asahi aims to deepen its presence in the U.S., where consumers haven’t sought its brands as much as those in European and Asia-Pacific markets. The company has allocated $35 million partly to start and boost the production of its top-selling Asahi Super Dry beer at a plant it acquired last year in Wisconsin, Asahi Chief Executive Atsushi Katsuki said.

Trumplandia is demanding bail be posted by anyone that wants to sue it for abusing power or breaking laws
Of course it's an executive decree, national conservatism does not require that any laws at all be passed or followed
https://www.whitehouse.gov/president...procedure-65c/Therefore, it is the policy of the United States to demand that parties seeking injunctions against the Federal Government must cover the costs and damages incurred if the Government is ultimately found to have been wrongfully enjoined or restrained. Federal courts should hold litigants accountable for their misrepresentations and ill-granted injunctions.
Consistent with applicable law, the heads of executive departments and agencies (agencies), in consultation with the Attorney General, are directed to ensure that their respective agencies properly request under Rule 65(c) that Federal district courts require plaintiffs to post security equal to the Federal Government’s potential costs and damages from a wrongly issued injunction. The scope of this directive covers all lawsuits filed against the Federal Government seeking an injunction where agencies can show expected monetary damages or costs from the requested preliminary relief, unless extraordinary cir stances justify an exception.
In requests for security under Rule 65(c), agencies shall include, among other things, that:
(a) Rule 65(c) mandates the court to require, in all applicable cases, that a movant for an injunction post security in an amount that the court considers proper to cover potential costs and damages to the enjoined or restrained party;
(b) the security amount the agency is requesting is based on a reasoned assessment of the potential harm to the enjoined or restrained party; and
(c) failure of the party that moved for preliminary relief to comply with Rule 65(c) results in denial or dissolution of the requested injunctive relief.

Looks like a lot of stuff was already done tbh. You don't build a billion dollar plant in a week.
Eli Lilly (LLY.N) has since announced plans to invest at least $27 billion to build four new manufacturing plants in the U.S.
Pfizer (PFE.N)has also said it might move overseas manufacturing to its existing plants in the U.S.
