I ran some numbers last year on voter fraud using the Heritage Foundation's claim of 1,500 cases of voter fraud. Their database needed cases dating back to 1948 to get to 1,500 and they note 41 *attempts" by non-citizens to vote in 40 years, or 1/year. Lightning strikes kill 20/year in America.

Florida has been working for years to crack down on employers that hire undo ented immigrants. But that presented a problem for businesses in the state that are desperate for workers to fill low-wage and often undesirable jobs.

Florida’s Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis and the state legislature have a potential solution: children.

The state’s legislature on Tuesday advanced a bill that would loosen child labor laws, allowing children as young as 14 years old to work overnight shifts. If the new law is passed, teenagers would be able to work overnight jobs on school days.

from the Amistad case, John Adams at the bar

difference in this case is that there's no trial in either country, only unreviewable conclusory determinations by ICE

    straight to the gulag

not the one we had under the 1787 Cons ution

in that one Congress passes laws and decides what money gets spent on

in this one, the president nullifies and steals Congressional appropriations, destroys US agencies, censors the whole of government, and sues private companies that don't censor themselves

I'd bum rush every SOB out of this country that is in in this country illegally. No exceptions. "You're going!"

It's a GD miracle thru this heinous act of voter harvesting that Trump was able to make President this second time. And again it's most probably due to his getting shot and bloodied in broad daylight...the second shooting in Florida aided as well.

It was a miracle that the SS had the gumption to stand down and a miracle the little pisser missed. If Christ doesn't turn the old man's head, that head is all over that Pennsylvania stage and we'd have a dead martyr instead of -47-.

    Thank you, God.

A federal judge Tuesday temporarily stopped federal agents from detaining 21-year-old Yunseo Chung, a US permanent resident and Columbia University junior, following her participation in pro-Palestinian protests.

    viewpoint discrimination pure and simple

State Dept. now requires "enhanced" social media vetting for student visa applicants suspected of "ties to terrorist orgs/activity" or applicants who previously held a visa starting Oct. 7th, 2023.

Source: "Pretty clear immediate target is anyone who participated in pro-Palestinian protests."
“Evidence suggesting a student visa applicant intends to travel to the United States to engage in unlawful activities clearly calls into question whether the applicant possesses intent and/or the ability to solely pursue a full course of study,” the cable states. But then it concedes that just because something isn’t technically "terrorist activity," consulars can still use “that information in assessing the credibility of a visa applicant's claimed purpose of travel.”

Reyes Mota and his wife decided to come to the United States because they saw no future for their child in Venezuela. In 2023, they became part of the seven million Venezuelans who have fled economic turbulence, political repression and widespread poverty in their native country.

On Feb. 4, Reyes Mota, who was living in Tampa, went to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in the city for a required check-in. There, agents informed him that he was being placed in custody under su ion of being associated with the Tren de Aragua gang, according to his family.
